This legal notice applies to the website genielo.com ("the Site") and to the Genielo online service ("the Service"). It is provided in accordance with the information obligations applicable to the publisher of an online public communication service.

1. Site Publisher

The Site is published by:

Hamza Labyad, a natural person acting in his own name.
Status: individual — to date, the Service is not operated through a registered company or a sole-trader ("auto-entrepreneur") status. Accordingly, no commercial register (RC) or Common Enterprise Identifier (ICE) number applies.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments, subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Whop (Whop Inc.), acting as the official reseller ("merchant of record"). As such, Whop handles invoicing, the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (including VAT where relevant) and the management of payment methods, in accordance with its own terms. Genielo neither collects nor stores any bank card data.

VAT: as the publisher is not registered for VAT in his own name, no VAT is charged directly by Genielo; the taxation applicable to your order is determined and handled by Whop as reseller.

5. Technical Providers

To provide the Service, the publisher relies notably on the following providers:

Artificial intelligence model providers (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs) — content generation.
Hostinger — sending of transactional e-mails.
Whop — payment processing (see §4).

6. Intellectual Property

The "Genielo" brand, the logo, the interface, texts, graphics and elements making up the Site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation, is prohibited.

Content you generate through the Service belongs to you under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use and Sale.

7. Liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Site. As the Service relies on artificial intelligence technologies, generated content may contain inaccuracies and is provided "as is", without guarantee of results. You are responsible for reviewing content before any use. The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the Service.

8. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher exercises no control over such sites and disclaims all liability for their content or data practices.

9. Personal Data and Cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. In accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Moroccan law no. 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which may be exercised at privacy@genielo.com.

10. Reporting Content

To report content you consider unlawful or contrary to our Terms, write to contact@genielo.com specifying the URL or item concerned. We handle reports as promptly as possible.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This notice is governed by Moroccan law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence, in particular within the European Union. EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
